摘要
学科是大学组织的"细胞",学科建设是提升大学核心竞争力的关键所在,"双一流"背景下,地方本科院校中的应用型学科建设仍要持续关注。研究发现,目前地方本科院校应用型学科建设中存在方向和领域凝练不精准或有重复、学科团队的聚合力与竞争力不足、科研成果不聚焦且质量层次不高、学科建设的科研条件仍有待提升、学科建设的制度机制需健全完善、应用型学科文化建设重视度不高等问题。在此基础上,提出了要找准优势与特色,促创新成果产出;合理遴选成员,兼顾培养与引进;校政企深度合作,重点发展交叉平台;科学与文化管理,健全相关制度机制以及培育学科文化,丰富学科内涵等对策,以求得地方本科院校建成一批区域一流、全国知名、在国际上有影响力的应用型学科。
Discipline is the "cell" of university tissue, discipline construction is the key to core competence improvement of a university. Application-oriented discipline construction of local universities shall receive continuous concern against the background of "double first-rates". Studies showed that such problems still exist in application-oriented discipline construction of local universities as inexact or repeated direction and field, aggregation force and competence of discipline-teams, disperse and unsatisfactory scientific research results, unimproved scientific research conditions of discipline construction, and inadequate concern on application-oriented disciplinary culture construction. On the basis, it was proposed to capture advantages and features, and promote output of innovative achievements; select members reasonably, give consideration to cultivation and introduction; deepen cooperation among universities, government and enterprises, perfect relevant systems, mechanisms, cultivate discipline disciplinary culture, enrich disciplinary connotation, so that local universities are capable of establishing a group of regionally first-rank, nationally known and internationally influential application-oriented discipline.
