校企合作模式下应用型本科专业人才培养存在的问题与对策研究

摘要
校企合作模式在国内外高等教育人才培养体系中占有重要位置,其作为应用型本科转型发展和人才培养的主要手段,被大量的高校接受和引入。这种办学模式能够以市场和社会需求为导向,可有效解决企业需求与专业人才培养体系脱钩问题。但随着时间的发展,不同地域高校的校企合作模式因为种种因素出现了诸多问题,本论题以问题导向为切入点,对校企合作模式下应用型专业人才培养存在的问题进行探讨,提出针对性的解决方案,为应用型本科专业的转型发展,提升人才培养质量,提供一定的理论依据和实践模式。
With the development of higher education and the deepening of China’s reform,school-enterprise cooperation mode is more and more popular,and more and more universities accept and introduced this mode to their education and teaching,and it is regarded as the most effective way to cultivate students’innovative ability.Such mode in Applied Undergraduate Innovation and entrepreneurship training system construction are discussed,and firstly to explore the necessity of cultivating enterprise cooperation mode in applied undergraduate innovation ability,and then to point out the problems of this mode in the process of practice,and finally to put forward some suggestions aiming to cultivate innovative talents.
