摘要
针对突出薄煤层采用底板穿层钻孔进行瓦斯抽采存在钻孔穿煤长度短、钻孔轨迹无法控制、钻孔有效利用率低等问题,利用底板梳状定向钻孔技术在煤层底板岩层施工长距离钻孔,同时开分支进入煤层,实现对突出薄煤层的瓦斯治理。根据底板梳状定向钻孔施工特点,分析了底板梳状定向钻孔分支孔分支点位置的选择、分支孔间距确定、分支孔开孔施工工艺、钻孔轨迹控制等关键技术并给出了建议。实践证明,通过该套底板梳状定向钻孔技术的应用,能使底板梳状定向钻孔实现对大于500 m范围突出薄煤层的有效覆盖,大大提高钻孔利用率。
In order to solve the problems of short length of drilling through coal, uncontrollable drilling track and low effective utilization rate of borehole for gas extraction with floor through beds borehole in thin outburst coal seam, long distance drilling is carried out in coal seam floor strata by using comb directional drilling technology of floor to control gas outburst in thin coal seam.According to the construction characteristics of the comb directional drilling of the bottom plate, the key technologies such as the location selection of the branch points of the comb directional drilling of the bottom plate, the determination of the spacing of the branch holes, the construction technology of the opening of the branch holes and the control of the drilling track are analyzed, and some suggestions are given. Practice has proved that the application of the comb directional drilling technology of the bottom plate can make the comb directional drilling of the bottom plate realize the effective coverage of thin outburst coal seam in the range of more than 500 m and greatly improve the utilization rate of the drilling.
