大跨度沿空回采巷道底鼓防治技术研究

摘要
针对大跨度沿空回采巷道发生的非对称性底鼓现象,以赵固二矿11131工作面下顺槽为背景,建立力学模型,并分析底鼓机理,认为巷道两帮受集中应力的差异是造成非对称性底鼓的主导因素。采用底角锚杆联合底板注浆支护和底板全锚杆支护两种方案控制底鼓,结果表明:方案一使底鼓量降低约70%,方案二使底鼓量降低约55%,且都能使非对称性底鼓造成的底板倾斜角度从最大6°减小为最大2°,有效控制了非对称性底鼓的发生,确保了大跨度沿空回采巷道的底板稳定。
        Aiming at asymmetric floor heave phenomenon occurred at large span mining gateway along gob, based on under cross heading of the No. 11131 working face in Zhaogu No. 2 Mine, the mechanical model is established and the mechanism of floor heave is analyzed and it is suggested that the dominant factor of asymmetric floor heave phenomenon is the difference of concentrated stress between two-side of mine gateway. Two supporting schemes, floor corner anchor combing floor grouting and floor total-length anchor, were adopted to control the floor heave. The result showed that the amount of floor heave has been reduced respectively about 70% and 55%by the first and second scheme. The floor inclination angle caused by asymmetric floor heave has been reduced from maximum 6°to maximum 2°by two schemes.The asymmetric floor heave has been controlled effectively and the floor stabilization of large span mining gateway has been guaranteed.
