摘要
分析了一种新型的动感座椅设备,该设备采用1个三自由度平动并联机构作为动力输入,实现了3个座椅同步运动输出。首先在Solidworks软件中建立设备的三维模型,然后进行运动仿真分析并验证设备结构的合理性,最后绘制工程图加工并装配样机。试验证明新型动感座椅设备与市场上产品相比具有功能相同成本低廉的优点。
In this paper,a new type of moving platform device was analyzed,this new seat equipment used a three DOF parallel mechanism as power input,and realized 3 seats synchronous motion output. Firstly,the 3D model of equipment was established in Solid Works software. Secondly,the simulation analysis was carried out to verify the rationality of the device structure. At last,the engineering drawing was drew and the prototype was assembed. The test proved that the new type of moving platform device has the advantage of lower cost than the products in the market.
