摘要
本文针对电动汽车结构特点和特性,总结和分析了电动汽车后面碰撞对乘员的影响,提出了电动汽车后面碰撞高压系统断电阈值的确定方法。进行了电动汽车的后面碰撞仿真分析及实车试验,验证了此方法有效性及可行性。最终实现量产车的实际应用。
Aiming at the structural characteristics and characteristics of electric vehicles, this paper summarizes and analyses the impact of rear crash on passengers, and puts forward a method to determine the power off threshold of high voltage system in rear crash of electric vehicles. Rear crash simulation analysis and real vehicle test are carried out to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of this method.Finally, the practical application of mass production vehicles is realized.
