摘要
针对薄壁圆筒类合金铸铁活塞裙铸件,设计并优化了顶注式浇注工艺。该铸造工艺方案对铸型冲击力较小、除渣除气效果良好,消除了活塞裙铸件中容易出现的缩松、缩孔等铸造缺陷,显著提高了铸件产品合格率,适合薄壁圆筒类合金铸铁件的批量生产。
A top pouring gating system was designed and optimized for the thin-wall cylinder NK230 alloy cast iron piston skirt castings. The results indicate that this gating system can decrease the iron melt's impact force to casting molds and has good results for degassing and deslagging; shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage defects were eliminated, and the qualified rate of the castings was improved. This foundry technique is suitable for the thin-wall cylinder castings' mass production.
