普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎的临床分析

摘要
目的探讨普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎的临床效果。方法选择2016年5月至2018年2月本院收治的86例急性感染性喉炎患儿,随机分为对照组(42例)和观察组(44例)。两组患儿均行雾化吸入治疗:对照组采用地塞米松,观察组采用普米克令舒,对比两组临床疗效、症状及体征改善效率和用药安全性。结果观察组总有效率为97.73%,对照组为85.71%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应(13.64%)与对照组(11.90%)比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论小儿急性感染性喉炎应用普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗效果安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Pulmicort aerosol inhalation in the treatment of acute infectious laryngitis in children.Methods 86 children with acute infectious laryngitis admitted to our hospital during May 2016 ～2018 February were randomly divided into control group(42 cases)and observation group(44 cases).Two groups of children were treated with atomization inhalation treatment:the control group was treated with dexamethasone,and the observation group was treated with Pulmicort,compared with the two groups of clinical efficacy and drug safety.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.73%(43/44),while that of the control group was 85.71%(36/42),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reactions(13.64%)in the observation group were not significantly different from those in the control group(11.90%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of aerosol inhalation of Pulmicort in children with acute infectious laryngitis is safe and reliable.
