建筑方案设计中结构因素的经济性分析

摘要
建筑方案设计贯穿着政府的要求、业主的意愿以及建筑师的构思,建筑方案的好坏,决定着结构方案的优劣,并最终决定结构成本的高低。在建筑方案设计阶段将经济性理念融入建筑方案设计中可以获得良好的经济效益。笔者从地质条件、车库、建筑平面等几个方面出发,对建筑方案设计过程中结构因素需要考虑的经济性思路进行剖析,证实在考虑常规的建筑方案设计时,如果在结构因素中能主动考虑到经济性问题将会得到最合理的方案。
The government's request,the willingness of owner and the architect's design need to be taken into consideration in the architecture scheme design. The quality of building scheme determines the quality of structure scheme and the quantity of structure cost. At the stage of architectural scheme design,good economic benefits can be obtained by integrating economic concept into architectural scheme design. From the aspects of geological conditions,garage and construction plane etc.,the anatomy of economic structure analysis is necessary during the process of the building structure design. Besides considering the conventional architectural scheme design,the most ideal scheme can be gotten through taking the structural economic factor into account.
