综合护理干预在预防粘连性肠梗阻患者中的应用

摘要

为观察综合护理干预在预防粘连性肠梗阻患者中的应用效果,将70例腹部手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。观察组采用综合护理干预,对照组采用常规护理,比较2组腹部手术患者粘连性肠梗阻等并发症发生率以及2组患者满意度。结果显示,观察组患者发生粘连性肠梗阻1例(2.86%),对照组患者发生粘连性肠梗阻8例(22.86%),观察组明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度评分为(92.26±1.93)分,对照组为(75.63±4.06)分,2组比较有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结果表明,综合护理干预应用于预防粘连性肠梗阻效果显著,并且可提高患者满意度。
        This study was to observe the application efficacy of comprehensive nursing for preventing adhesive intestinal obstruction(AIO),randomly divided 70 cases into observation group(35 cases,comprehensive nursing)and control group(35 cases,routine nursing),and compared AIO incidence and patients' satisfactory degree between the two groups.As results,in AIO incidence and patients' satisfactory degree observation group was respectively lower[1/35(2.86%)vs 8/35(22.86%),P <0.05],higher[(92.26±1.93)vs(75.63±4.06)points,P <0.05],there was statistical difference between the two groups.Results show that compared with routine one comprehensive nursing has better efficacy and more higher satisfactory degree.
