摘要
针对智能变电站配置文件变动带来的校核难问题,提出了基于双层CRC校核的智能变电站配置文件在线诊断方法。该方法能有效地提高智能变电站配置文件的安全性和一致性。首先分析基于IEC61850的智能变电站配置文件及其形成机制。接着介绍CRC算法原理及其在智能变电站配置文件的动态校核应用情况,结合变电站配置文件特点采用双层CRC校核的原理,进一步详细研究该方法的实现过程和具体步骤。基于双层CRC校核方法研发了具有可视化功能的智能变电站配置文件在线诊断系统。现场应用情况证明了所提方法的有效性。
        In view of the difficulty of checking the changes of smart substation configuration files, this paper presents an online diagnosis method for smart substation configuration files based on double CRC checking. This method can effectively improve the security and consistency of smart substation configuration files. This method can efficiently realize the security and consistency of the configuration file. Firstly, the configuration file and its formation mechanism of smart substation based on IEC61850 are analyzed. Then it introduces the principle of CRC algorithm and its application in the dynamic check of the smart substation configuration file. It combines the characteristics of the substation configuration file with the principle of double decker CRC checking, and further studies the implementation process and specific steps of the method. Based on the double CRC checking method, an online diagnosis system for smart substation configuration files with visual functions is developed. The application of the on-line diagnosis system proves the effectiveness of the method.
