成人数字化学习效果影响因素的实证研究

摘要
随着信息技术的发展,数字化学习已成为当今时代被广泛接受的学习方式,数字化学习也成为了各国研究的重点,很多国家将数字化教学应用到企业职工培训、社区教育、教职工培训、高校教育信息化和中小学教育等领域并取得了良好的效果。然而在数字化学习的发展过程中出现了很多问题,比如数字化学习资源质量低、重复率高、共享程度低,数字化学习软件和系统不稳定,用户体验感差,用户持续使用的难度高,这些问题严重影响数字化学习的效果。本文以Fishbein&Ajzen提出的理性行为模型为理论基础,综合数字化学习效果的相关性因素,提出成人数字化学习效果影响因素研究模型及假设。设计调查问卷,以江苏省宿迁市马陵中学全体教师为研究对象,采用SPSS24.0和Amos24.0统计软件对数据进行分析,验证假设,确认数字化学习效果的影响因素。在已有的研究基础上,综合相关因素,提出促进成人数字化学习效果的策略建议,旨在促进成人数字化学习效果的提升。
        With the development of information technology, digital learning has become a widely accepted way of learning, and digital learning has become the focus of research in various countries. Many countries have applied digital teaching to the fields of enterprise staff training, community education, faculty training, efficient education informatization and primary and secondary education, and achieved good results. However, in the process of development of digital learning, there are many problems, such as low quality of digital learning resources, high repetition rate, low degree of sharing, instability of digital learning software and system, poor user experience and high difficulty of users' continuous use. These problems seriously affect the effect of digital learning. Based on Fishbein & Ajzen's Rational Behavior Model, this paper synthesizes the relevant factors of digital learning effect, and puts forward the research model and hypothesis of the influence factors of adult digital learning effect. The author designs a questionnaire, taking all teachers of Ma Ling Middle School in Suqian City of Jiangsu Province as the research object, uses SPSS24.0 and Amos24.0 statistical software to analyze the data, verifies hypotheses, and confirms the influencing factors of digital learning effect. On the basis of existing research, this paper synthesizes relevant factors and puts forward strategies and suggestions for promoting the effect of adult digital learning.
