摘要
硫酸装置在大修后开车或因计划检修长时间停车后再开车,因转化温度降低,特别是大修后开车时,转化器二、三段进口温度未达指标要求,尾气二氧化硫控制就会不稳定,短时间内会超标,且烟羽外观较差。通过原因分析,提出整改措施,保证硫酸装置长时间停车后开车尾气达到环保要求。
When the sulphuric acid plant starts after overhaul or stops for a long time due to planned overhaul, because the conversion temperature decreases, especially when it starts after overhaul, the inlet temperature of the second and third stages of the converter does not meet the target requirements, the sulphur dioxide control of the tail gas will be unstable, exceeding the standard in a short time, and the appearance of the plume will be poor.Through the analysis of the causes, the improvement measures are put forward to ensure that the tail gas from the start-up of the sulphuric acid plant meets the requirements of environmental protection after a long period of shutdown.
