摘要
为了提高电驱动系统的高压安全性,设计适用于电驱动系统的在线绝缘电阻监测装置。对该装置在电驱动系统运行过程中产生共模干扰的原因进行分析,并提出能够在线提取绝缘电压特征量的连续零矢量状态绝缘电阻检测法,解决在电驱动系统运行过程中受到电磁干扰而无法进行绝缘监测的问题,实现在静态和动态两种情况下高压系统与车体之间绝缘性能的监测。通过实验验证了该方法的抗干扰能力且具有较高的检测准确度,对于保证电驱动系统的高压安全起到了重要作用。
        For the high voltage safety of electric drive system, an online insulation detection device is designed in this paper. Based on the influence analysis of common mode interference during the electric drive system operation, a continuous zero-vector insulation resistance detection method is proposed to extract insulation voltage online to solve the problem that the traditional insulation resistance detection method fails to monitor the insulation performance due to electromagnetic interference. The proposed method can implement the detection of insulation performance between the high voltage circuit and the car body in static and dynamic situations. The experimental results demonstrate that this method has anti-interference ability and high detection accuracy, which plays an important role in ensuring the high voltage safety of electric drive system.
