国外现代学徒制对我国职业教育的启示分析
摘要
国外现代学徒制的兴起时间早、发展历程长,包括主要发达国家在内的多国已经从现代学徒制中取得了良好成绩、积累了丰富经验。其中最典型的莫过于各国采取的标准化规范与精细化操作,这也是国外现代学徒制带给国内职业教育最具代表性的启示。而要借鉴国外先进经验优化国内职教模式,除了建立健全法律规章体系、构建完备保障体系外,还应科学定位、以企业为中心、以市场为导向形成更加正确的职教理念,此外,还应优化职业教育课程设置、强化实践操作能力培养。
The rise of modern apprenticeship in foreign countries is early and the development process is long. Many countries, including major developed countries, have made good achievements and accumulated rich experience in modern apprenticeship. One of the most typical is the standardization and refinement of the operation, which is also the most representative foreign modern apprenticeship to domestic vocational education. And to draw lessons from foreign advanced experience to optimize the domestic vocational education pattern, in addition to establishing and perfecting the system of laws and regulations, build a complete security system, should also be scientific positioning, to the enterprise as the center, take the market as the guide to form a more correct vocational education concept, in addition, still should optimize vocational education courses, strengthen the practice ability training.
