摘要
钻井液离心机是处理固液分离的关键设备,其处理能力和处理效果直接影响泥浆质量。高速钻井液离心机智能控制系统采用可编程控制器,预置智能处理程序,通过工业以太网从变频器读取供料电动机、主电动机和辅助电动机的负载情况,控制三个变频器调整对应电动机的转速,使钻井液离心机一直处于最佳工作状态。同时系统具有自动清洗、遇阻解卡、状态显示、故障报警及急停功能,采用组态屏提供友好的监控画面。为了使现场布线简洁方便,设计了满足一区防爆要求的强制散热隔爆型变频控制柜,控制隔爆室温升,保证器件安全可靠运行。
        Drilling fluid centrifuge is the key equipment for solid-liquid separation. Its processing capacity and treatment effect directly affect the quality of mud. The high-speed drilling fluid centrifuge intelligent control system is preset using a programmable controller in which intelligent processing program. The load condition of the feeding motor, the main motor and the auxiliary motor is read from the frequency converter through the industrial Ethernet, and the three frequency converters are controlled to adjust the rotation speed of the corresponding motor, so that the drilling fluid centrifuge is always in the best working state. At the same time, the system has functions such as automatic cleaning, blocking card elimination, status display, fault alarm and emergency stop, and adopts configuration screen to provide friendly monitoring screen. In order to make the field wiring simple and convenient, the forced cooling and explosion-proof inverter control cabinet that meets the explosion-proof requirements of one area is designed, which can control the room temperature rise of the explosion-proof to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the device.
