摘要
通过对800名中小学生和家长进行问卷调查,了解中小学生参加校外培训机构学习的真实现状,基于数据进行原因剖析。在此基础上,提出治理校外培训机构的有效路径,主要包括优化学校课堂教学改革,推广差异化教学;探索建立公益性教育资源中心;尝试建立公益性补课的教师许可制度;加强对社会教育培训机构的监管;规范培训机构的师资备案与定期审查制度等。
In this paper,800 primary and secondary school students and parents were surveyed through self-compiled questionnaires,in order to understand the real situation of the students attending off-camptus training institutions.Further analysis of causes based on data.Then propose the effective way to manage off-campus training institutions.It mainly include optimizing classroom teaching reform and promoting differentiated teaching in schools,exploring the establishment of public welfare education resource centers,trying to establish a public welfare supplementary teaching teacher license system,strengthening the supervision of social education training institutions,and standardizing the teacher record and periodic review system of training institutions.
