摘要
油气管路零件是某型特种车辆内部的重要组成部分,原采用手工火焰钎焊实施焊接,易出现焊缝外观质量差、裂纹或气孔等焊接缺陷,且焊接生产效率低、作业环境差、焊接质量不稳定。通过采用感应钎焊进行大量试验,确定了直径为8-48mm管件感应钎焊工艺参数。结果表明采用感应钎焊方法可提高生产效率,降低生产成本,提高产品质量。
Oil and gas pipeline parts are an important part of the interior of a special type of vehicle. Welding with manual brazing is easy to appear welding defects such as poor appearance quality cracks or pores,and the welding production efficiency is low,the working environment is bad,and the welding quality is unstable. A large number of experiments were carried out to determine the parameters of induction brazing for pipe fittings with the diameter of 8-48 mm by means of induction brazing. The results show that the method of induction brazing can improve the production efficiency,reduce the cost and ensure the product quality.
