摘要
通过添加丁腈胶粉或硅橡胶组分来改善高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)防水卷材的尺寸稳定性,研究了橡胶组分用量对卷材力学性能、结晶性能、表面张力及线膨胀系数的影响。结果表明,适量的橡胶组分与HDPE相容性较好,能在一定程度上改善卷材的力学性能、结晶性能;随着橡胶组分用量的增加,卷材的线膨胀系数降低,尺寸稳定性提高;硅橡胶用量的增加使得卷材的表面张力下降,防水性能提高。
        By adding nitrile rubber powder or silicone rubber to improve dimensional stability of HDPE waterproofing membrane, this article studies influences of amount of rubber component on mechanical properties, crystallization properties,surface tension and linear expansion coefficient of the membrane. The results show that appropriate amount of rubber component is compatible with HDPE and can improve the mechanical properties and crystallization properties of the membrane to a certain extent; With the increasing of the amount of rubber component, the linear expansion coefficient decreases and the dimensional stability increases; With the increasing of the dosage of silicone rubber, the surface tension of the membrane decreases and the waterproofing property of the membrane improves.
