宜昌市非煤矿山民爆物品安全管理分析与探索

摘要
非煤矿山、民爆物品均属于高危行业,非煤矿山涉爆作业中的民爆物品安全管理更突显出其特殊性与重要性。通过对宜昌市非煤矿山民爆物品安全管理现状的研究,在分析问题与对策的基础上,以兴发集团树崆坪磷矿自主实施的非营业性钻爆一体化管理模式、葛洲坝当阳水泥有限公司三桥大沟水泥用石灰岩矿外包实施的营业性民爆一体化管理模式为例,探索总结出三种非煤矿山民爆管理模式,改进国内对非煤矿山民爆物品安全管理特别是矿山民爆一体化研究的不足,进一步规范和强化宜昌地区非煤矿山民爆物品的安全管理。
Both non-coal mine and civil explosives belong to high-risk industries.The safety management of civil explosives in non-coal mine blasting operations is of great importance.The study investigated the current situation of the safety management of civil explosives in non-coal mines of Yichang city.The problems and countermeasures were proposed in this study.Taking the integrated management mode of non-commercial phosphorite drilling and blasting and commercial integration management mode of limestone ore for cement outsourcing implementation as examples.Three management modes of non-coal mine civil explosive were summarized to improve the deficiency of domestic safety management of non-coal mine civil explosive,especially for the integration of mine & civil explosive.Furthermore,the safety management of non-coal mine civil explosive in Yichang area got strengthened.
