化痰止眩方治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床研究

摘要

目的观察化痰止眩方治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法 78例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各39例。对照组给予西医标准治疗,治疗组在西医标准治疗的基础上加用化痰止眩方。在治疗14 d时比较两组患者的总有效率,并分别于治疗第7天和第14天比较两组患者的中医证候及症状积分、眩晕障碍量表(DHI)评分及经顿多普勒(TCD)相关指标。结果两组治疗14 d后治疗组总有效率94.87%,高于对照组的76.92%(P <0.05)。在治疗第7天时,对照组仅有躯体评分较治疗前改善,而治疗组患者躯体、功能、DHI总分、左椎动脉(LVA)平均流速均较治疗前改善(均P <0.05)。在治疗第14天时,两组患者的中医证候积分、躯体、功能、DHI总分及右椎动脉(RVA)平均流速均较治疗前明显改善(均P <0.05),且治疗组均优于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论应用化痰止眩方治疗后循环缺血性眩晕可显著提高总体有效率,快速缓解临床症状,缩短病程。
        Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Huatan Zhixuan Decoction on PCIV. Methods: 78 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,39 cases in each. The control group was given standard treatment of Western medicine,while the treatment group was given Huatan Zhixuan Decoction. After one and two weeks of the treatment,the clinical effect,the changes of DHI scores and TCD level before and after treatment were compared. Results: After two weeks of the treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group in clinical effect(P < 0.05). At one week of the treatment,the control group was superior to the before in body scores;the treatment group was superior to the before in clinical effect,body scores,function scores,DHI scores and level of TCD(P < 0.05). At two weeks of the treatment,the two groups were superior to the before in clinical effect,body scores,function scores,DHI scores and level of TCD(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion: Huatan Zhixuan Decoction can significantly improve the overall efficiency,quickly relieve clinical symptoms and shorten the course of disease.
