摘要

科研秘书是连接学校科研部与学院的桥梁,是学院领导了解和管理本院教师科研状况的主要途径。科研秘书对教师和学校的科研发展起着不可忽视的作用。本文就科研秘书的工作职责、素质要求以及科研秘书工作中经常遇到的问题进行了总结与思考。
        Scientific research secretary is the bridge between the scientific research department and the college, and is the main way for the college leaders to understand and manage the scientific research situation of the teachers in the college. Scientific research secretaries play an important role in the development of teachers' and schools' scientific research and development.This paper summarizes and considers the responsibilities, quality requirements and problems often encountered in the work of scientific research secretaries.
