大采高工作面超前支承压力区深孔注浆防片帮技术

摘要
为有效地解决大采高综采工作面片帮问题,通过数值模拟分析了1307工作面超前支承压力分布规律;制定了单轴和三轴卸压实验方案,研究了煤体裂隙开始增生规律,确定了注浆时机。最后,在赵庄矿1307工作面进行应用,并且通过钻孔窥视分析注浆效果,结果表明,注浆效果显著,具有良好的经济和安全效益。
        In order to effectively solve the rib spalling of high cutting fully mechanized mining face,numerical simulation was carried out to analyze the distribution law of advance abutment pressure,uniaxial and triaxial compression experimental scheme is formulated,and the law of coal body crack initiation proliferation is explored to determine the time of grouting. The research results were applied in Zhaogezhuang Coal Mine with the grouting effect monitored by borehole peeping. The results showed that,the grouting effect was remarkable offering favorable economic and safety benefits.
