摘要
当前,市场经济竞争的实质,是行业人才的竞争,具体来讲是人才创新能力的竞争。而高职院校是社会主义现代化建设中培养实用型人才的基地与摇篮,理应在给学生传授专业知识的同时,加大对学生创新能力的培养,以有效提高学生的就业能力及职业水平。但是,受到传统教学模式的影响,高职机械设计专业在教学中片面重视专业知识教学,而忽略了对学生创新能力的培养,不利于人才质量的优化,因此必须大胆改革当前的教学模式,才能培养出更优质的机械设计人才。文章就注重机械设计教学改革以有效培养学生创新能力的策略,进行了详细的探究。
        At present, the essence of the competition in the market, the industry is the talent competition, it is the competition of the innovation capability. The higher vocational colleges is the base and the cradle of cultivating practical talents in the construction of socialist modernization, should be to teach students professional knowledge, strengthen the cultivation of innovative ability, to effectively improve the ability of employment and the level of student occupation. However, inf luenced by the traditional teaching mode, the mechanical design specialty of higher vocational education in the teaching of one-sided emphasis on the teaching of the professional knowledge, neglecting the cultivation of students' innovative ability, is not conducive to the optimization of the quality of personnel, so we must boldly reform the current teaching mode, can keep the mechanical design more high-quality talent. This paper focuses on the teaching reform of mechanical design in order to cultivate students' innovative ability strategy, carried out a detailed inquiry.
