摘要
为了研究不同齿轮设计基本参数对传递误差的影响,以一对人字齿轮为例,理论计算轮齿的啮合刚度,得到啮合刚度及啮合刚度波动曲线。结果表明:对啮合刚度均值影响较大的基本参数主要是齿数和、齿宽以及螺旋角,压力角对啮合刚度的影响较小;基本参数对啮合刚度波动的影响主要体现在重合度的改变上,在设计中,合理地搭配齿轮的基本参数,使重合度接近整数,是确保啮合刚度波动值较小的有效手段。
        In order to study the influence of basic parameters of different gear design on transmission error,a pair of herring bone gears is taken as an example,and the meshing stiffness of gear teeth is solved by the theoretical calculation,and then the meshing stiffness and meshing stiffness fluctuation curve are obtained.The results show that tooth number,tooth width,and helix angle have major effects on mean value of meshing stiffness,but pressure angle has minor effects.Meanwhile,changes of coincidence degree lead to main effects on meshing stiffness fluctuation.Therefore,the different parameters should be properly selected so that the coincidence degree is close to integer and meshing stiffness fluctuation can be decreased.
