摘要

仲景针对脾胃气机升降失常,以升清、降浊恢复脾胃气机为主旨,开辛开苦降、寒温并用之先河。刘完素以玄府学说从微观领域继承、发展仲景重视脾胃气机的思想。刘完素认为脾胃本气为湿,维系脾胃运化功能与水、火即脾胃阳气和阴液之过与不及密切相关,而玄府闭塞、气机升降失常为脾胃疾病发生的关键。因火之过与不及,导致水火关系的失衡,临床有脾胃湿盛证、胃寒虚冷证、肠胃热盛证、肠胃燥热证等不同见证。刘完素继承仲景辛开苦降、寒温并用的思路,从微观的玄府着眼,以温药、辛热、辛苦寒药等以宣散玄府,开通郁结,使气机条畅,同时分别以温补、燥湿、寒凉、寒润施治,发展了仲景脾胃学术思想。
        Zhang Zhongjing focuses on the disturbance in ascending and descending of the spleen and stomach qi. He uses acrid and warm herbs to restore the ascending of the spleen qi, bitter and cool herbs to restore the descending of the stomach qi. By this method, the spleen and the stomach recover the normal function of ascending and descending. Base on this, Liu Wansu introduces his Xuanfu theory trying to solve the disturbance in ascending and descending of the spleen and stomach qi from micro field. From the Xuanfu blocking, the disturbance in ascending and descending of the qi, the heat of yang qi accumulation to the Xuanfu blocking,Liu Wansu considers the Xuanfu blocking is the diseases' critical factor. The same theory is used in the diseases of the spleen and stomach. Liu Wansu considers fluid is the nature of the spleen and stomach. When the Xuanfu blocking adds stomach 's yang qi changing in prosperity and decline, the spleen and stomach wet, the stomach weak and cold, gastrointestinal hot and gastrointestinal less fluid will arise. So, inheritance and development of Zhang Zhongjing 's spleen-stomach theory, Liu Wansu uses warm, acrid and hot, bitter and cool herbs to open the Xuanfu blocking. Simultaneously, he uses warm, dry, cold-cool and cold-fluid herbs to cure the diseases of the spleen and stomach.
