张晓甦教授治疗宫腔粘连经验

摘要
目的:对张晓甦教授治疗宫腔粘连的学术思想和经验进行总结。方法:通过对张晓甦教授应用其自拟消积活血方治疗宫腔粘连典型病例的收集,按照其对该病病因病机的认识及临床辨证论治的方法,对张晓甦教授治疗本病的临症经验、诊疗特色、临床思路及用药特点等进行学习归纳总结。结果:通过对张晓甦教授应用其自拟消积活血方治疗临床经验的总结与学习,有效掌握其治疗宫腔粘连的病因病机、用药规律、经验方等,为日后对该病的治疗提供了宝贵的临床经验。结论:张晓甦教授学术思想与经验总结为宫腔粘连患者的治疗提供了理论指导,有利于年轻中医学子的学习,促进该病的治疗和中医事业的发展。
Objective: To summarize the academic thoughts and experiences of Professor ZHANG Xiaosu of treating cervical adhesion. Methods: Through ZHANG Xiaosu,a professor at the application of the proposed elimination of product collection of invigorate the circulation of the treatment of typical cases caused by intrauterine adhesions,according to the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease and the clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment method,Professor ZHANG Xiaosu's experience in the treatment of the disease syndrome,clinical features,features of clinical thinking and use learning generalizations. Results: Through ZHANG Xiaosu,a professor at the application of the proposed elimination of invigorate the circulation of the treatment of clinical experience summary and study,master the treatment caused by intrauterine adhesions of the etiology and pathogenesis,drug laws,experience,etc.,for the treatment of the disease in the future provided valuable clinical experience.Conclusion: Professor ZHANG Xiaosu's academic thought and experience summary provides a theoretical guidance for the treatment of patients with intrauterine adhesions,beneficial to young students study of traditional Chinese medicine,promote the treatment of the disease and the development of TCM.
