张晓星论治扩张型心肌病经验

摘要
介绍张晓星论治扩张型心肌病(心胀)的经验。认为本病以先天禀赋不足、心肾两虚为根本,六淫邪毒乘虚而入,内舍于心,邪毒久蕴致心血运行不畅、心脉痹阻、心体逐渐胀大,血不利则为水,病久血瘀水停,终而发为本病。治疗上提倡扶正为先,培元固本,尤重益肾养心;强调祛邪并用,兼顾解毒、化饮、祛瘀;同时灵活应用收敛固涩之法。
This paper introduced ZHANG Xiaoxing's experience in treating dilated cardiomyopathy( heart distension). The disease is based on lack of the congenital constitution and deficiency of heart-kidney. The six exogenous pathogens seize the chance to invade and damage to the heart subsequently. Long termed invasion of toxic pathogen has caused poor blood circulation. Then the heart is blocked,and the heart has gradually expanded. Poor blood circulation has leaded to water pathogen. Later internal retention of blood stasis and water pathogen has happened,eventually resulting in heart distension. As regard to treatment aspect,Professor ZHANG Xiaoxing advocated first importance of reinforcing vital qi and strengthening ben,especially stressed nourishing heart-kidney. Meanwhile,it is stressed to eliminate pathogen,including eliminating toxic pathogen,expelling water pathogen and removing blood stasis. At the same time,the method of constricting,astringent and saving from the prostration should be applied flexibly.
