儿童早期表达性语言障碍的临床干预体会

摘要
目的研究早期表达性语言障碍患儿接受综合临床干预的效果。方法选96例早期表达性语言障碍患儿,分成对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组实施一般性干预;观察组实施综合临床干预。结果观察组研究对象临床干预总有效率93.2%,高于对照组的75.0%;干预总时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期表达性语言障碍患儿接受综合临床干预,能够迅速改善语言表达能力,缩短干预时间,提升临床干预效果。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive clinical intervention in children with early expressive language disorder. Methods 96 children with early expressive language disorder were divided into control group and observation group, 48 cases in each group. General intervention was used in control group, comprehensive clinical intervention was used in observation group. Results The total effective rate of clinical intervention was 93.2%, higher than 75.0 % in the control group. The total intervention time was shorter than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive clinical intervention in children with early expressive language disorder can improve the ability of languageexpression rapidly and shorten the time of intervention, improve effect of clinical intervention
