盐酸多奈哌齐联合尼莫地平治疗血管性痴呆效果及不良反应发生率分析

摘要
目的:分析盐酸多奈哌齐联合尼莫地平治疗血管性痴呆的效果及不良反应发生率。方法:抽选某院自2017年2月～2018年2月收治的80例血管性痴呆患者,采用随机信封法将其分为对照组(40例)、治疗组(40例),对照组应用尼莫地平治疗,治疗组应用盐酸多奈哌齐联合尼莫地平治疗,分析两组生化指标、临床量化指标、不良反应。结果:生化指标、临床量化指标对比,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者均出现轻微的腹泻、腹胀、头晕、睡眠障碍等多种不良反应,所有不良反应经正确处理后,均可有效改善,组间对比不具有明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸多奈哌齐联合尼莫地平治疗血管性痴呆效果显著,既可改善生化指标,又可提高患者认知功能,且不良反应经正确处理后,可有效缓解,用药安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To analyze the effect and incidence of adverse reactions of donepazil hydrochloride combined with nimodipine in the treatment of vascular dementia. Methods: 80 cases of vascular dementia patients admitted and treated in a hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected and divided into control group(40 cases) and treatment group(40 cases) by random envelope method. The control group used nimodipine for treatment, the treatment group used donepazil hydrochloride combined with nimodipine therapy. Biochemical indexes, clinical quantitative indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed. Results: Comparison of biochemical indexes and clinical quantitative indexes: the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05); Mild diarrhea, abdominal distension, dizziness, sleep disorder and other adverse reactions occurred in both groups. All adverse reactions could be effectively improved afterproper treatment,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of adverse reactions of donepazil hydrochloride combined with nimodipine in the treatment of vascular dementia is significant,it can not only improve biochemical indicators,but also improve the cognitive function of patients,and adverse reactions can be effectively alleviated after the correct treatment,medication safety is high,worthy of clinical application.
