摘要
基于鞍钢10号3 200 m~3高炉生产数据的统计分析,重点探讨了影响鞍钢10号高炉鼓风动能的主要因素,并提出了控制方法。结果表明,针对10号3 200 m~3高炉而言,燃料比和产量受鼓风动能影响明显,合理的鼓风动能范围为14 000~16 500 kg·m·s~(-1)。
Based on the production data statistics of No.10 3 200 m~3 BF in Ansteel,the main factors affecting blast kinetic energy of No.10 BF were analyzed,and controlling methods were put forward.The results showed that the fuel ratio and production volume was greatly affected by the blast kinetic energy,the reasonable blast kinetic energy should range from 14 000 to 16 500 kg·m·s~(-1) for No.10 3 200 m~3 BF.
