摘要
目的:通过响应面优化羌活中α-蒎烯水蒸气蒸馏法的提取条件。方法:采用响应面Box-Behnken设计三因素水平的提取条件进行提取。气相色谱条件:检测器为FID,温度为300℃,进样量为1μL。结果:在浸泡时间80 min,提取时间7 h,液固体积比为10的条件下水蒸气蒸馏法的提取效果最好。结论:响应面设计的方法简便快捷,通过其设计的实验得到结果后处理可以得出科学的结论。
Objective:The extraction conditions of α-pinene steam distillation in Radix Notopterygiiwere optimized by response surface method. Methods:Response surface Box-Behnken was used to design three-factor extraction conditions. Gas chromatography conditions:to FID detector,temperature was 300 ℃,sample quantity for 1 μL. Results:Under the conditions of soaking time of 80 min,extraction time of 7 h and liquid-solid volume ratio of 10,steam distillation had the best extraction effect. Conclusion:The method of response surface design is simple and fast,and the scientific conclusion can be obtained by the postprocessing of the experimental results.
