摘要

本文报道1例内因子抗体(internal factor antibody,IFA)及壁细胞抗体(parietal cell antibody,PCA)阴性的自身免疫性胃炎(autoimmune gastritis,AIG)患者,并通过文献复习,以提高对本病的认识。
        One case of autoimmune gastritis(AIG) with negative internal factor antibody(IFA) and parietal cell antibody(PCA) was reported, and the literatures were reviewed in order to improve the understanding of this disease.
