摘要

目的:探讨品管圈活动在提高卒中后失语症患者护患沟通满意度方面的效果。方法:成立品管圈,确定主题,明确存在的问题并进行原因分析,针对主要原因制定对策并实施。结果 :开展品管圈活动后,卒中后失语症患者护患沟通满意度得到明显改善,由实施前的48.38%提高到实施后的87.5%。结论 :开展品管圈活动有利于解决临床护理工作中存在的问题,能有效提高卒中后失语症患者护患沟通的满意度。
        Objective: To explore the effect of quality control circle activities in improving communication satisfaction between nurses and patients with aphasia after stroke. Methods: The quality control circle was established, the theme was determined, the existing problems were clarified and their reasons were analyzed, and the countermeasures were developed and implemented for the main reasons. Results: The communication satisfaction between nurses and patients with aphasia after stroke was significantly improved, from 48.38% before to 87.5% after the implementation of the quality control circle activity.Conclusion: The development of quality control circle activities is of benefit to solving the problems in clinical nursing, and can effectively improve the satisfaction of communication between nurses and patients with aphasia after stroke.
