大学师生双重视角下的本科教育多维评价——基于全国高等教育满意度调查的实证分析

摘要
基于中国教育科学研究院2016年和2018年全国高等教育满意度调查,运用PLS结构方程模型对本科院校师生的教育满意度进行了实证分析。研究结论有:全国本科教育满意度指数得分稳中有升、趋势向好;本科教育满意度的结构特征具有相对稳定性;本科生教育满意度与自身的学习和努力程度正相关;本科大学生和教师对学校的满意度认知结构具有一致性;教师在多个维度上满意度要高于学生;课程与教学质量依然是本科教育存在的突出问题,等等。为促进"以学生为中心"教育理念落实,提出了"倾听学生声音、相信学生判断、关照学生差异、扩大学生参与、增强学生认同"的意见和建议。
        Based on the National Higher Education Satisfaction Survey implemented by the Chinese National Institute of Educational Sciences in 2016 and 2018, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the undergraduate teachers and students education satisfaction with PLS structural equation model. The research conclusions are as follows: the score of Chinese undergraduate education satisfaction index is steadily rising and the trend is good;the structural characteristics of undergraduate education satisfaction are relatively stable; undergraduate education satisfaction is positively correlated with their own learning and effort; undergraduate students and teachers have consistency in the cognitive structure of university satisfaction; teachers satisfaction is higher than students in many dimensions; curriculum and teaching quality is still a prominent problem in undergraduate education, and so on. In order to promote the implementation of the educational concept of "student-centered", some suggestions are put forward, such as "listening to students' voices, believing in students' judgments, caring for students' differences, expanding students' participation and enhancing students' identity".
