谈勇治疗卵巢低反应性不孕症经验

摘要
卵巢低反应是卵巢对促性腺激素刺激反应不良的病理状态,已然成为体外受精-胚胎移植中的难题。谈勇教授治疗此类患者时多采用中西医结合方法,根据女性生殖内分泌的动态变化及卵泡发育的不同阶段,予滋阴补阳序贯疗法,强调进周前、进周后分段治疗,并采用个体化促排卵方案。
Poor ovarian response is a pathological state that ovaries is low reaction of gonadotropin stimulation and has become a problem of IVF-ET. Professor Tan Yong mostly used integrated Chinese-western medicine to treat such sydromes.According to the dynamic changes of female reproductive endocrine and the different stages of follicular development,he gave sequential therapy of nourishing yin and tonifying yang,emphasizing the treatment before and after the week,and adopted individualized ovulation promotion program.
