彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断的价值

摘要
目的分析甲状腺良恶性肿瘤病例应用彩色多普勒超声进行鉴别诊断的价值。方法抽取2016年3月至2017年10月30例在我院接受甲状腺良恶性肿瘤诊治的患者,所有研究对象均接受彩色多普勒超声检查。结果甲状腺良性肿瘤彩色多普勒超声检查诊断符合率为94.74%,甲状腺恶性肿瘤彩色多普勒超声检查诊断符合率为81.82%,彩色多普勒超声检查甲状腺良恶性肿瘤诊断符合率差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲状腺良性肿瘤阻力指数以及最大血流速度均明显低于甲状腺恶性肿瘤,差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺肿瘤患者应用彩色多普勒超声检查检出率较高,能够有效鉴别肿瘤良恶性,临床应用价值较高。
Objective to analyze the value of color doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid tumors. Methods 30 cases of patients who received benign and malignant thyroid tumors in our hospital from march, 2016 to October, 2017 were selected, and all subjects received color doppler ultrasonography. Results the diagnostic coincidence rate of color doppler ultrasonography for thyroid benign tumors was 94.74%, the diagnostic coincidence rate of color doppler ultrasonography for thyroid malignant tumors was 81.82%, and the diagnostic coincidence rate of color doppler ultrasonography for thyroid benign and malignant tumors was statistically significant(P <0.05). The resistance index and maximal blood flow velocity of benign thyroid tumor were significantly lower than that of thyroid malignancy, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion the application of color doppler ultrasound in thyroid neoplasms has a higher detection rate, which can effectively differentiate benign from malignant neoplasms and has a higher clinical application value.
