摘要
陕西千家坪钒矿位于陕西省商南县,是陕西省寒武系炭泥质岩系中的一个大型钒矿,含矿岩石为炭硅质板岩与泥岩互层、炭硅质岩、炭质泥岩及泥质板岩,由于泥炭质含量较高,矿体相对较为松软,极易垮塌;矿体上盘白云岩节理纵横交错非常发育,也极易垮塌;矿体下盘多为泥岩与含炭灰岩,也很容易垮塌。总之矿体泥炭质含量高极易垮塌,上下盘围岩不是破碎就是松软,都非常容易垮塌,故该矿属难采矿,利用常规采矿方法很难取得较好的效果,利用水平扇形深孔阶段矿房法,此方法回采率只有35%以上,目前利用低阶段垂直扇形深孔无底柱空场法,把原来50m(长)×50m(段高)的矿房,改成50m(长)×25m(段高),采矿回收率可达45%以上,从理论上讲该矿不适合空场法,更适合充填法和空场法,从经济的角度讲不适充填法和崩落法,更适合目前优化后的空场法。
        Shaanxi thousands ping vanadium ore in shangnan,shaanxi province is the Cambrian system in Shanxi Province coal shale rock series in a large vanadium ore,ore rock for carbon siliceous SLATE with mudstone layer,charcoal and siliceous rocks,carbonaceous mudstone and shale SLATE,because of the high concentration of peaty,ore body are relatively soft and easy to collapse;Upside dolomite ore bodies joint crisscrossed very development,also easy to collapse;Orebody footwall of mudstone and limestone containing carbon,it is easy to collapse.In short orebody peat high quality content easy to collapse,the footwall of surrounding rock is not broken is soft,is easy to collapse,so the mine belongs to mining,using conventional mining methods are difficult to obtain good results,using the method of horizontal fan stage of deep hole ore room,the recovery rate is only 35%,this method is using low phase vertical deep-hole sector bottomless cylindrical open stoping method,the original 50 m(length)x50 m(higher)mine house,to 50 m(length)x 25 m(high),mining recovery rate can reach more than 45%,in theory which is not suitable for open stoping method,is more suitable for filling and open stoping method,from the perspective of economic discomfort filling method and caving method,is more suitable for optimized open stoping method at present.
