《外台秘要》肾病分类及其病因病机

摘要
根据《外台秘要》原书的目录、疾病的症状描述和相关病名的阐释筛选,《外台秘要》中共有24个肾病病种,包括骨极、肾实热、肾热、肾劳实热、肾劳、脚气、奔豚、水肿、小便不通、小便数、遗尿、耳聋、耳鸣、阴痿、阴肿、阴下痒湿、阴痛、阴疮、腰痛、淋证、失精、癃闭、关格、消渴。《外台秘要》对于肾病采取了不同的分类方法:据病因分类、按症分类、病程长短分类等。肾病病因病机主要以肾之精气阴阳虚损为本,风、热、寒邪侵袭肾经加重或导致肾病,他脏之病也会影响于肾,并且与情志内伤、过食丹药、劳欲过度等密切相关。
According to the catalogue,the description of symptoms of diseases and the explanation of related disease names in Arcane Essentials from the Imperial Library,there are 25 kinds of nephropathy,they are as follows: Bone exhaustion,kidney excess heat,kidney heat,kidney excess heat,impairment of kidney by overstrain and excess heat,impairment of kidney by overstrain,beriberi,running dolphins,edema,incompetence of urine,enuresis,deafness,tinnitus,impotence,pudendal swelling,subpudendal itching and dampness,vaginal pain,erosion of vulva,lumbar pain,gonorrhea,spermia,gall closure,anuria and vomiting,consumptive thirst. Arcane Essentials from the Imperial Library has adopted different classification methods for nephropathy: classification according to etiology,classification according to symptoms,classification according to duration of disease,etc. The etiology and pathogenesis of nephropathy is mainly based on the deficiency of yin and yang of the essence of the kidney. Wind,heat and cold pathogens invade the kidney meridian,which may aggravate or cause nephropathy. The disease of other zang-fu organs will also affect the kidney,and it is also closely related to emotional injury,overeating Salvia medicines and excessive labor and desire.
