摘要
紫外灯是用于实验室洁净工作台中的重要杀菌装置,为了研究该设备操作空间环境紫外杀菌效果及维持无菌化时间,本文以细菌分布密度为4.08×102CFU·cm-2的含菌培养基作为试验材料,通过研究发现,当杀菌时间达到30 min后可保证细菌全部杀灭,而且采用75%乙醇辅助紫外杀菌比单纯紫外杀菌的效果更加显著,经杀菌后的洁净工作台空间可维持无菌环境达12 h.表明紫外杀菌是保障操作空间无菌的有效方式,为正确把握紫外灭菌时间及合理使用洁净工作台提供了重要参考.
The ultraviolet lamp is a critical sterilizer used in the laboratory clean bench. It's sterilizing effect in operation space and maintenance of sterilization were studied. The bacterial culture media with a distribution density of 4.08×102 CFU·cm-2 were used. The bacteria were all sterilized using ultraviolet sterilization for 30 min,and sterilization effect was more significant by using ultraviolet supplemented with 75% ethanol than simple ultraviolet light. Also,space in clean bench could be maintained sterile for 12 h after UV treatment. Therefore,we demonstrate that ultraviolet sterilization is an effective way to ensure sterile space,and provide an important reference on correctly grasping the sterilization time.
