双气囊水封装置在管道连头中的应用

摘要
在油田改造项目中,经常遇到新老管道动火连头的问题,但由于管道内介质清理不干净或可燃气体浓度检测不合格而无法进行正常的焊接作业。通过研制、运用双气囊水封装置,保证了连头工作的顺利进行。结合大庆油田北Ⅱ-1联合站改造项目的新建沉降罐溢流管与原溢流干线的连头工程,简要介绍了管道封堵连头的工艺原理,较为详细地论述了涉及管道切割、封堵器的制作与安装、法兰三通制作、管道连接等内容的管道封堵连头的操作要点。实践证明,运用双气囊水封装置,可成功解决在可燃气体浓度检测不合格的情况下完成新老管道连头工作的问题,降低了施工成本,保证了工程进度和质量。
        Hot work connection between old and new pipelines is often encountered in oilfield reformation projects. But when medium in pipeline is not cleaned up enough or combustible gas concentration is detected as over standard, normal welding cannot be carried out. So, the water sealed device with double airbags is developed and applied. In Daqing Oilfield North Ⅱ-1 Union Station reformation project, the connecting between the overflow pipeline of newly built sedimentation tank and the old pipeline applies the water sealed device with double airbags. In this paper, the working principle of the water sealed device and the operation key points such as pipeline cutting, the water sealed device manufacture and installation, flanged tee manufacture and pipeline connection are illustrated. Application practice proves that the water sealed device with double airbags can solve the problem in connection of the new pipeline and the old pipeline in the case of excessive combustible gas concentration detected; It also reduces construction cost and ensures project schedule and quality.
