BIM技术在多层装配式钢结构住宅建筑设计与施工中的应用

摘要
利用BIM技术的可视性、模拟性,建立了标准预制构件库,通过构件的分类、编码、入库及管理,可涵盖一定结构体系下常用的预制构件尺寸类别。依照建筑发展趋向,以多层装配式钢结构住宅为载体,将BIM与其设计、施工过程紧密结合,实现建筑的标准化、工业化生产目标,解决了传统的结构设计与施工中带来的诸多问题。
Using the visibility and Simulation of BIM technology, a standard prefabricated component library is established. Based on the development trend of buildings, through the classification, coding, storage and management of components, the size categories of prefabricated components commonly used in a certain structural system can be covered. With multi-storey fabricated steel structure residential buildings as the carrier, BIM is closely combined with its design and construction process to achieve the goals of building standardization and industrialized production, which can solve many problems brought by traditional structural design and construction.
