治疗性沟通技术对高危暴力行为首次约束患者家属心理状态的影响

摘要
目的探究与分析治疗性沟通技术对高危暴力行为首次约束患者家属心理状态的影响效果。方法选取2017年4月至2018年5月在本院精神科接受治疗的暴力风险评分≥5分的60例患者的家属作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。所有患者均实施保护性约束措施,观察组在实行约束前后采用治疗性沟通技术对患者家属进行心理干预,对照组对患者家属进行常规沟通交流。对比两组SAS评分、满意程度评分、行为及情绪反应评分、对疾病相关知识的掌握度等。结果实施保护性约束后,观察组SAS评分、满意程度、情绪及行为反应评分等均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组精神疾病相关知识、保护性约束的使用目的及注意事项、依从性评分等均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过对首次约束患者家属实施治疗性沟通技术,能够有效改善家属的消极心理状态,提高依从性,加强对护理的满意度,减少医患纠纷。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of therapeutic communication technology on the mental state of family members of patients with high-risk violence for the first time.Methods A total of 60 family members of patients who were treated in the psychiatric department of our hospital from April 2017 to May 2018 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 subjects in each group.All patients were given protective restraint measures,the observation group received therapeutic communication technique for psychological intervention before and after constraint,and the control group received regular communication.The SAS score,satisfaction score,behavioral and emotional response scores,and mastery of disease-related knowledge of two groups were compared.Results After the treatment,the SAS score,satisfaction degree,emotional and behavioral response score in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The mastery of mental disease-related knowledge,application purpose and precautions of protective restraint,compliance in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of therapeutic communication technology on the family members can effectively improve its negative psychological state,improve its compliance with treatment and nursing,strengthen the satisfaction of nursing,and reduce the disputes between doctors and patients.
