摘要

加拿大政府通过《加拿大标准理事会法案》授权加拿大标准理事会(SCC)为加拿大标准化工作的主管机构,要求加拿大标准理事会(SCC)领导并推动加拿大国家标准化体系的建立,从而全面提高加拿大的竞争力。本文深入分析了加拿大标准化管理的法律法规及其体制结构,详细介绍了加拿大标准化管理机构-加拿大标准理事会,阐明了加拿大标准体系以及参与国际标准化工作的机制,并总结分析了加拿大国家标准化管理的特点。
        Canadian Standards Council(SCC) is authorized by the the Standards Canadian Council Act to be the competent authority for Canadian standardization work and is required to promote the establishment of the Canadian National Standardization System and fully enhance Canadian competition. This paper analyzes the Standards Council of Canada Act, the law of Canadian standardization management, introduces the Canadian standardization management organization--SCC and the standards development organizations, expounds the Canadian standards system and the international standardization mechanism, and finally summarizes the characteristics of the standardization management in Canada.
