摘要
为制作汽车碰撞假人皮肤,选取线性低密度聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯两种高分子材料为基础材料,以热塑性聚氨酯为共混材料,采用物理共混的方法,通过双转子混炼机加热,配以合适的转速和混炼时间,经压片机制成皮肤薄片。对所制成的上述皮肤样品进行拉伸、冲击强度及邵氏硬度的测试及回归分析,发现其柔韧度随着热塑性聚氨酯含量的不同而不同。因此通过控制热塑性聚氨酯的含量,使得制备出的皮肤可以满足不同级别的碰撞试验对碰撞假人外附皮肤的性能要求。
As the first barrier of car collision,dummy skin plays a vital role.In this paper,linear polymer with low density polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride was elected as the raw material,and the physical blending method was used.The double rotor kneader was heated with the optimum speed and mixing time.A sheet of skin is prepared by tablet press.The tensile strength,shock strength and Shore hardness of the prepared skin were tested and analyzed,and the flexibility was found to be different depending on the TPU content.Therefore,the use of different proportions of polyurethane can make the prepared skin to meet different conditions of collision test on the impact of dummy skin attached to the performance requirements.
