乳腺纤维瘤病样化生性癌一例报告并文献分析

<正>2012年世界卫生组织(World Health Organization,WHO)乳腺肿瘤分类将乳腺纤维瘤病样化生性癌作为化生性癌的一种独立类型列出,以梭形细胞增生为主要表现,组织形态温和,可见局部复发和转移,预后较好,临床比较罕见,常由于对其认识不足出现误诊~([1])。本研究结合国内外文献分析1例乳腺纤维瘤病样化生性癌患者临床资料,旨在对其临床病理特征进行总结,以提高对该肿瘤的认识,避免漏诊及误诊。
