摘要

《中华人民共和国公共图书馆法》为我国公共图书馆法治化建设提供了坚实的法理基础。本文结合该法案的立法原理和图书馆实践,分析了我国公共图书馆法治化建设的目标、核心问题和实施策略,以期为新时期我国公共图书馆法治化建设提供理论和实践参考。
        The People's Republic of China Public Library Lawprovides a solid legal basis for the low construction of public libraries in China.This paper combines the principle of legislation and the practice of library,analyzes the goal,the core and the implementation strategy of the law construction in the public library of our country.It provides theoretical and practical reference for the legalization of public libraries in the new era.
