一种新型的电容分压器屏蔽结构

摘要
平行平板电容器结构简单,为了保证电容值的精度,避免外界杂散电容的干扰,常采用增加屏蔽电极的方法来减小外界干扰。文中利用Ansys进行建模仿真,对常用的电容分压器的屏蔽结构进行计算分析,并提出一种增加内部多层屏的新型屏蔽结构,经仿真验证,此方法可以有效提高分压器抗干扰效果。
        The parallel plate capacitor has a simple structure.In order to ensure the precision of the capacitor,a shielding structure is usually used to avoid the interference of external stray capacitance.In this paper,the shield structure,which commonly used in capacitive voltage divider,is analyzed by using Ansys modeling and simulation,and a new multi-layer shielding structure is proposes.This method can achieve good effect verified by simulation.
