摘要
【目的/意义】科学准确地对时空范畴的舆情演化态势做出研判是及时防范风险事件、完善危机治理手段的重要前提。【方法/过程】本文核心在于建构一套基于空间可视化理论和技术的大数据舆情研判体系,该体系以空间行动视角的互动理论作为基础支撑,利用空间分析技术,抓取海量附加位置标签的舆情信息,存储为短期专项数据库和长期综合数据库,将时空拟合的计算模型结果映射到可视化舆情监测平台,实现研判过程中的舆情事件空间可视化。【结果/结论】以期弥补舆情研判的静态处置缺陷,最终达到有效辅助政府决策的目的。
        【Purpose/significance】Scientifically and accurately researching and judging the time and space evolution of public opinion is an important prerequisite for timely prevention of risk events and improvement of crisis management methods.【Method/process】The core of this paper is to construct a set of big data public opinion judgment system based on spatial visualization theory and technology. The system is based on the interactive theory of spatial action perspective. It uses spatial analysis technology to capture the public opinion information of massive additional location tags, and store it as a special database for short-term goals and a comprehensive database targeting long-term deployment. The results of the time-space fitting calculation model are mapped to the visual public opinion monitoring platform to realize the visualization of the public opinion event space in the process of research and judgment.【Result/conclusion】In order to make up for the static disposal defects of the public opinion judgment, and finally achieve the purpose of effectively supporting the government's decision-making.
