摘要
我国水果产量丰富,果品的贮藏、运输、加工等都与水果硬度密切相关,现有的果实硬度测量计大多需要破坏果实,且测量位置与测量方法对测量结果有较大影响。针对水果硬度检测需求,设计基于敲击振动法的水果硬度检测仪的数据采集系统,以方便研究果实声振特性与硬度之间的关系,也为基于声振法的水果硬度计的设计提供技术基础。系统利用DSP为数据处理核心,结合TI的CODEC专用芯片,进行音频数据的采集,并利用自适应滤波算法对音频数据进行处理,运算结果发送至主机,由主机完成水果的后续分级等操作。
        Fruit production is rich in China,fruit storage,transportation,processing and so on are closely related to fruit hardness.Most of the existing fruit hardness measurement instruments need to destroy fruit,and the location and measurement methods have great influence on the measurement results.Aiming at the requirement of fruit hardness testing,a data acquisition system based on percussive vibration method is designed for fruit hardness tester,which is convenient for studying the relationship between fruit's acoustic characteristics and hardness,and also provides a technical basis for the design of fruit hardness tester based on acoustic method.The system uses DSP as the core of data processing,and combines TI's CODEC special chip to collect audio data,and uses adaptive filtering algorithm to process audio data.The result is sent to the host,and the host is finished the subsequent grading of fruits.
